WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

All apparel is made to order.

We post general updates on our IG story @diesentai

Please make sure to follow us and turn on notifications for our story and posts. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We can accept changes within 24 hours.

All orders require to 'check' a box when checking out to make sure the order is correct and our terms have been read.

Please keep in mind all items are limited quantity and are sold in the first come, first served basis.

MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

We expect all domestic shipments to arrive 2-14 day after shipping depending on the service used. You will receive an email when your order ships out with tracking info.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? 

International shipping is available. Customs duty charges are the customer's responsibility. We collect VAT on orders for UK based purchasers. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. P.O. box delivery is available.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. 

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

In order to ensure the best delivery and tracking; all orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX shipment unless otherwise specified. International Shipments may be shipped upon the customer's carrier request. International packages may be subject to import duty fees which must be covered by the customer. Depending on the information provided, we will confirm whether we can ship with them.
