We work as fast as possible — don’t worry!

  • Apparel is made to order.
  • Other items must be manufactured before shipping.
  • Lead times exclude shipping times.
  • We often ship sooner than estimates, but during high demand we may need extra time.
  • Updates are posted in our Instagram broadcast channel.
  • All items are made to order unless stated otherwise in the product description. This helps us reduce waste by only producing what we sell.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered during promotions when your order reaches the minimum spend threshold. All free-shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

LEAD TIMES (reference table below)

All lead times are estimates and may require additional time. Business days are Monday through Friday. Lead times begin once we have received all necessary goods to begin fulfilling your order.

Please note: lead times can vary due to supplier delays or carrier issues. These factors are outside our control, but if there’s a significant delay, we’ll post updates on our Instagram broadcast channel.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We expect most domestic shipments to arrive within 2–14 days after shipping, depending on the service used. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packed.

Tracking information may take time to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available. Free shipping does not apply to:

  • International orders
  • U.S. Territories
  • Alaska, Hawaii
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Customs duty charges are the customer’s responsibility unless you reside in the UK, where VAT is collected at checkout. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on item type, weight, or size.

P.O. Box delivery is available. International shipments may be sent via USPS, UPS, or your preferred carrier upon request. Import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.
